Shipping policy

SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping costs are calculated or quoted separately from product and customization charges. Any additional carrier fees, address-correction charges, duties, taxes, or other delivery-related charges are the customer’s responsibility.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Standard processing times are estimates and may vary based on order size, customization requirements, material availability, and current workload. Carrier delivery times begin after production is complete and the order has been transferred to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates unless Crafting Forge expressly confirms a guaranteed service in writing.

RUSH PRODUCTION AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Rush production and expedited shipping are separate services and may each require an additional charge. A customer requesting faster service is responsible for all rush-production fees and upgraded carrier charges.

Next-day production or delivery is not guaranteed. It is available only when Crafting Forge confirms that the order can be accepted, produced, and shipped within the requested timeframe. The price will depend on the order size, complexity, production schedule, material availability, destination, and carrier service. Crafting Forge reserves the right to decline any rush or next-day request when the deadline cannot be met reliably.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Crafting Forge is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a shipment is delayed or damaged in transit, Crafting Forge will assist the customer with any available carrier claim, but carrier processing times and outcomes are outside our control.
