This website and store are operated by Crafting Forge. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Crafting Forge.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED CONTENT

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, photographs, logos, names, text, trademarks, and other materials submitted for customization may lawfully be reproduced and used for the requested order. By submitting content, the customer represents that they own the content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses. The customer agrees not to submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or otherwise prohibited material.

Crafting Forge may refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe violates another person’s rights, applicable law, our policies, production limitations, or safety requirements. We may request proof of authorization before producing an order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, photographs, product mockups, designs, branding, and other content created by Crafting Forge are owned by or licensed to Crafting Forge and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission. Customer-supplied artwork remains the property of its lawful owner and will not be reused for unrelated customers without permission.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE AND INFORMATION

We work to describe and display products accurately. Screen colors, garment dimensions, print placement, and finished appearance may vary slightly because of device settings, material differences, manufacturing tolerances, and the nature of custom production. Customers must review and approve all order details before production.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crafting Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website, customer-supplied content, carrier delays, or use of a finished product. Nothing in this notice excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

POLICY PRIORITY

This legal notice should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Contact Information. If a specific written agreement for an order conflicts with a general store policy, the specific written agreement controls for that order.
